EXAMPLE 2.6.2. ESTIMATING CONCRETE FOOTING USING THE WEIGHT METHOD

Using the weight method,  determine the quantity of concrete components for four 1.2m-square footings (depth of 0.40m) to be used for a small structure.

The volume of footings is computed as:
